Fariba Azizi, D.P.M., F.A.C.F.A.S.
Upholding the commitment to its multi-specialty nature, Montgomery Medical Associates has moved into new territory by offering Podiatric services. Our Podiatrist, Dr. Fariba Azizi is skilled in surgery, wound care, and routine foot care and serves patients at Shady Grove Hospital, our offices at Gaithersburg (Asbury Methodist Village) and Rockville as well as our affiliated nursing homes.
Dr. Azizi received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from University of Illinois in 1993 and then attended the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago where she earned her doctorate degree in Podiatric Medicine in 1998. She is experienced in the surgical diagnosis and treatment of various foot and ankle ailments. As a talented and compassionate physician, Dr. Azizi is an invaluable addition to Montgomery Medical Associates, and she is testament to the uncompromising commitment we have to our patients.
