Montgomery Medical Associates serves its patients at both Shady Grove and Suburban hospitals. We care for our own patients and actively provide consultation to other specialists regarding their complex medical issues. Our doctors are skilled in the practice of Hospitalist patient care and work closely with the hospital case managers and social workers to ensure a smooth and safe transition from the hospital to your home or to a rehab facility. We practice "standard of care" and "evidence based" medicine in all practice settings in an effort ensure the highest quality and modern practice of medicine.
Dr. Bao is the Director of Montgomery Medical's Hospital Practices. He is a bright and energetic physician who completed his bachelor's degree at the University of Maryland, College Park in 1994 with honors Magna Cum Laude. He also earned his MD at the University of Maryland, Baltimore with Honors, and earned his degree in Internal Medicine from the George Washington University Medical Center in 2001. Dr. Bao subsequently joined Montgomery Medical Associates, PC and contributed greatly to the expansion of the practice in the fields of office practice, geriatrics, hospital medicine, palliative care, correctional medicine, and nursing home care.
