We understand emergencies and unexpected obligations occur. However, missed appointments prevent other patients from receiving care.
No-Show Fee: $50.00 for all missed appointments without proper notice.
- This fee is billed directly to the patient
- Insurance does not cover no-show fees
- A Proper cancellation notice prevents this charge

Most commercial insurance plans cover telemedicine visits the same as office visits. Medicare and Medicaid have specific restrictions. Contact your insurance provider to verify telemedicine coverage before scheduling.
